ABOUT ALLEGIANCE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

APM is a military owned and operated family business committed to providing exemplary management solutions. Born and raised in Sacramento, owners and brothers Adam and Gabriel Owens created APM in 2015 after crossing paths with numerous frustrated real estate investors experiencing management inadequacy in the greater Sacramento area.

Adam Owens is the active broker and co-owner of APM. His real estate journey began in 2005 at Sacramento State, where he majored in Business with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs while competing on Sac State’s Men’s Soccer Team from 2005-2009. He served as the team captain his Junior and Senior seasons before playing professionally in San Juan, Puerto Rico and in Stockton for the California Cougars. Graduating with academic and athletic honors in 2009, he remains the most decorated defender in Sac State Men’s Soccer history with nominations for two first-team all-conference, one second-team all-conference, western region all-academic honors, and Sac State Athletic Department’s 2009 male athlete of the year. After college Adam earned his real estate salesperson license and began working locally at Hammer Real Estate Group as a property manager and project manager until 2015, when he earned his broker’s license and partnered with Gabriel to created APM. Adam is also employed as a manager at the California Department of Veterans Affairs in the Home Loan Division, a lending agency that funds roughly $200,000,000 per year to California veterans seeking their dream of home ownership.

Gabriel Owens is a licensed Realtor and co-owner of APM. His real estate journey began in 2004 with Reynon and Bardis as a new home sales representative where he was the youngest agent in the history of the company. Within two years he was the lead agent running his own community in Marysville, California. As the real estate market slowed, Gabriel elected to follow in his family's footsteps and enlist in the Marine Corps with the goal of becoming a Scout Sniper. The Scout Sniper is the most difficult position in the Marine Corps and due to a medical injury, he was honorably discharged prior to completing his goal. Upon return to Sacramento, Gabriel dedicated his efforts to developing his knowledge in all aspects of real estate. While working with local broker Mark Whisler, Gabriel established an independent lending company, a private property management company, and oversaw the renovations of over 50 properties in a 2-year span for Whisler Companies. In 2013 Gabriel ventured out to work independently as a real estate agent and quickly became a top producing real estate agent in Sacramento culminating in 10 million dollars in real estate sold in 2017. As Gabriel’s reach began to grow, he came across countless owners with the same problem, horrible management companies. The more owners and realtors Gabriel came in contact with, the more he realized Sacramento’s dire need for a quality management company, prompting he and Adam to partner and create APM in 2015. In his spare time, Gabriel has volunteered as a Big Brother with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Sacramento for 8 years as well as volunteering as Varsity Soccer Coach at Vacaville High School for 2 years.

Our passion towards real estate started at a young age as the children to a father who was a residential real estate appraiser after serving in the United States Navy and mother who worked for over 35 years as an escrow officer at Stewart Title Sacramento. You can rest assured that our well-round team practices the same morals, ethics, and discipline seen in the military. The company name and logo are symbolic of the dedication and determination that we put into our work, and we are confident that APM will be the last property management company you employ.
